About University
University represents innovative, training, scientific, methodical and advice center of a system of agrarian formation of the East Siberian region of Russia. The University includes 7 institutes:
Krasnoyarsk State University has state accreditation for higher education programs (bachelor's degree, specialty, master's degree, postgraduate) and secondary vocational education. WE have 3 research centers:
Nowadays the university has: thirteen
educational and laboratory buildings; a separate library building; a catering
plant; an educational and production center with a garage and workshops; a
building of an educational and sports complex of horse breeding with a
competitive field; a building of a research and testing center. Seven dormitories of the university provide
the full need of nonresident students and postgraduates. OUR FUTURE is our people: 8918 students and workers including 1225
masters and 356 professors.

In 1988 she graduated from the Department of Economics of the Krasnoyarsk Agricultural Institute (nowadays the University) in “Economy and the organization of agriculture” with qualification of the Economist. Pyzhikova N.I. is a member of the working group on development of the regional technological platform “Food Security of Siberia” which is approved by the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, directed at development, implementation of resource-saving technologies in agricultural production which ultimate goal is improving competitiveness of agricultural products and increase in profitability in the agrarian sector. As the deputy minister Pyzhikova N.I. was responsible for the economic unit of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Her duties included preparation of the draft budget of the subsection “Agriculture and Fish Breeding”, preparation of statutory and regulatory enactments on budget implementation support, work with agricultural producers, collection and aggregation of the current and final reporting of producers, carrying out the economic analysis, planning and forecasting on various directions of agricultural production. By the results of work of 2012 and 2013 on financial management monitoring the Ministry of Agriculture, she took 1st position among executive bodies of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. She was repeatedly awarded by the rector of the Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University with Letters of thanks and breastplates “Labor valor” for the merits. Total working experience is 30 years. Managerial working experience in higher education is 22 years, work character is administrative, research and educational. CONTACT

The vice rector for strategic development and practice-based learning
In 1994 she graduated from the Economics Department of the Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University. And immediately became an assistant at the Department of organization of agricultural production, management and business entrepreneurship at agricultural enterprises. In October 1999, she defended her PhD thesis. From 2002 to 2008 she worked as the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, from 2008 to 2016 she was the director of the Institute of Economics and Finance of the Agro-industrial Complex. In October 2017, she defended her doctoral dissertation. Since October 2018, he has been working as a vice-rector for strategic development and practice-oriented training. In charge of the center for Quality Management and Monitoring, center for practical training and employment, Center for International Relations and Business, Press center, Department of Informatization and Computer Security, Achinsk branch of Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University. He graduated from the Krasnoyarsk Agricultural Institute, majoring in Agricultural Mechanization. All labor activity is connected with work in agricultural education, including 15 years in the APE system. The sphere of activity of Viktor Sulovich includes the
organization of systematic educational and administrative work of additional
professional education at the university. Scientific and pedagogical experience
is more than 30 years, has over 70 publications, including 2
monographs. He supervises the Training Center for retraining and advanced
training of personnel of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tyva.
