The periodic reviewed edition – «Social and economic and humanitarian magazine»

Editorial office of scientific magazine «Social and economic and humanitarian magazine» is guided by the principles of the declaration of Association of scientific editors and publishers (https://rasep.ru/sovet-po-etike/deklaratsiya) «Ethical principles of scientific publications» accepted at the general meeting of ANRI which took place on May 20, 2016.

«Social and economic and humanitarian magazine» is the magazine of open access. All its content is available to free use to natural persons and establishments. It is authorized to users to read, download, extend, copy, to print, look for or refer to full texts of articles and to use them in any other lawful purposes, except commercial, without preliminary permission of the publisher or the author.

Submission of articles:

1. The author has the right to publish only one article in current issue of «Social and economic and humanitarian magazine», in exceptional cases – additional article in a coauthorship.
2. The materials of original researches issued in the form of scientific articles, reviews and reviews are accepted for the publication.
3. The articles which have already been published earlierin other editions are not admitted.
4. Scientific articles are published free of charge.
5. Rights to use article belong FSBEIHE Krasnoyarsk state agrarian university.
6. The manuscripts are accepted both in Russian, and in English.
7. The rules of registration of manuscripts are published on the website of the magazine in the section «Information for Authors» in Russian and English. The articles not corresponding to therules can be rejected without reviewing.
8. The manuscripts of the articles move in electronic form in two formats «.doc/.docx» and «.pdf» on the e-mail address rio@kgau.ru
9. The manuscripts of articles are checked for incorrect loans in Antiplagiat system.

Reviewing of the articles:

1. All the manuscripts presented for the publication in the magazine pass obligatory unilateral blind reviewing.
2. The responsible secretary directs article on reviewing. The reviewer considers work within two weeks from the date of receiving and sends to edition the review, in which:
   • recommends article for publication in the magazine;
   • recommends for publication after correction and completion;
   • does not recommend for publication.

   In two last cases the copy of the review returns to the author.

3. Reviewing of all the manuscripts is carried out for the purpose of the expert assessment therefore the reviewers have to be recognized specialists in the respective directions and have the publications within the last three years.
4. In case of disagreement with the opinion of the reviewer the author of the article has the right to present the reasoned answer to editorial office of the magazine. The article can be directed on repeated reviewing or on coordination in the editorial board.
5. The editorial of the magazine sends to the authors of the represented materials of the review or motivated refusal, and also undertakesto direct the copy of the review to the Ministry of the higher education and science of the Russian Federation at receipt of the corresponding inquiry. After the positive solution of an editorial board the number of the issue in which the article is to be published is defined.
6. All the reviews, and also all the correspondence of the parties it is stored in the edition of Krasnoyarsk state agrarian university within five years.
7. Throughout all the process of work the correspondence with the author is carried out through the responsible secretary, the name of the reviewer is not disclosed. The anonymity of reviewing remains until the reviewer does not express the intention to become known for the author or to contact the author directly.

Publication of articles

The articles which passed reviewing before the publication pass editing, updates, imposition.

The subscription to the «Social and economic and humanitarian magazine» magazine is carried out in post offices of Russia: the subscription T80134 index in the catalog "Newspapers. Magazines" in JSC Rospechat.

For receiving the printing issues of the magazine it is necessary to contact in the editorial the address: Russia, Krasnoyarsk, Lenin St. 117, Publishing department.

Restraraunt

Restrarauntis a response of the published article and the removal of the status of tscientific publication from this work. The editorial council withdraws the articles, being guided by the principles of the Committee on ethics of publications, in the following cases:

1. The results which are earlier published in other edition without appropriate cross reference, permission or justification are presented.
2. The publication contains plagiarism.
3. The described research was conducted with violation of ethical standards.

The responsibility of the parties

Authors:

1) adhere to the standard standards of the scientific reporting;

2) provide access to the data obtained by them;

3) represent original works, avoiding plagiarism and parallel publications in other editions;

4) confirm sources of the data;

5) publish results of researches which do not constitute danger to the person or animals;

6) do not create a situation of the conflict of interests;

7) if necessary correct fundamental errors in the published works.

The editors (members of an editorial board):

1) bearthe responsibility for everything that is published in the magazine;

2) undertake to pass the fair and impartial decisions which are not depending on commercial interests and to organize process of objective reviewing;

3) accept the editorial policy providing the maximum transparency and the full reporting before the author;

4) protect integrity of publications, bringing in need of correction, and give out reasonable refusals by what manuscripts do not correspond to research or publishing ethics;

5) protect the rights of the third parties from unauthorized use of materials;

6) regulate the editorial conflicts of interests;

7) critically estimate ethical standards of carrying out researches in public and animals;

8) provide awareness of authors and reviewers that from them is expected.

The reviewers:

1) participate in the formation of editorial policy;

2) observe the terms of reviewing of articles and confidentiality of estimates;

3) formulatethe response objectively and impartially, if necessary confirming the opinion with a reference to the source;

4) trace and stop the situation of the conflict of interests.

Publisher:

1) aspires to that advertizing, the reprint or other commercial interests will not influence the solutions of the edition;

2) provides the cooperation with other publishers and branch associations, including ethical problems, tracking of mistakes and the publication of denials.
